If you are unhappy with your order you can request a refund or exchange within 15 business days of delivery. We will only accept unused, unopened items for return. Raffle Drums and Tickets are not returnable. If item is returned and you received any incentive, for example: free shipping discount, coupon or percentage off, that amount will get charged back to you. A return confirmation must be received via e-mail or telephone to validate your return. Orders returned without confirmations will not be processed. All refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.
